Lighter nights make for long evening walks – and the sleepy sunlight was beautiful tonight.

This is the perfect walk for Social Distancing – the path is 2 metres wide!

My husband and I have each lost 100+ lbs since I started this blog. It has taken me five years to reach my goal but he has managed it in less than one. We are all different. My husband had more to lose, and still has further to go, but I am pretty much at my end weight.

Our supermarket order came today. Over these last few weeks, watching the delivery men come and go has been the main entertainment of the day – otherwise the street outside has been so very quiet. Guessing which house is getting a parcel… and always hoping it’s for me even though I clearly know I haven’t ordered anything.

Lunch today was lightly smoked Salmon, pan fried, with 2 fried eggs, chopped cucumber and a tomato.

Dinner was low-carb sausages (fresh from the food order), carrot&swede mash, broccoli and green beans.
